Eclara Skin is a one-product skincare brand focused on targeted brightening for sensitive and intimate areas. While we make every effort to display product details as accurately as possible, screen displays, lighting, and personal settings may affect how our product appears.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the product at any time without notice. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without liability.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Your order becomes final once it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or supply issues.
All orders must be for personal use only. Orders may not be purchased for resale or export without prior authorization.
SECTION 4 – SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
SECTION 5 – RETURNS & ISSUES
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for further details.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@eclaraskin.com within 7 days of delivery.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — including our product, branding, logos, website design, and visuals — is the intellectual property of Eclara Skin and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from our site without written consent.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links. These are provided “as is” and without warranty. We do not endorse, control, or assume liability for third-party websites, services, or tools.
SECTION 8 – SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online platform to offer our product. Your transactions, however, are made directly with Eclara Skin. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases from our store.
SECTION 9 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
Any feedback, reviews, suggestions, or content submitted by you may be used by Eclara Skin for promotional, product, or service improvement purposes without compensation or obligation. By submitting content, you confirm you own the rights and have not violated any third-party rights.
